Orders in your system
the moment they arrive.

"Same as last week, plus 20 bags of multi-finish." A PO full of the customer's own part numbers. An order texted at 10pm for next-day delivery. The worker turns each one into a draft order in your system, matched to your codes and prices, before anyone has logged on.

01

Order entry

Reads orders from email, PDF, spreadsheets and photos, works out the customer, matches their wording or part numbers to your products, checks prices and stock, and creates the order as a draft. Unknown products, odd quantities and price mismatches go to a person with the reason written.

02

Confirmations & "where's my order?"

Sends order confirmations and drafts replies to delivery questions from your system and courier tracking, so your team approves instead of looking things up.

Before you
say yes.

What do you need from us to start?

A forwarding rule (or read access) on the inbox where orders or quote requests arrive, and a user login for your system with permission to create drafts. We do the rest of the setup ourselves.

Which systems do you connect to?

Whatever you run orders or quotes through. Modern systems (Business Central, Sage 200, SAP Business One, Odoo, NetSuite, Xero with Cin7 or Unleashed, CargoWise, Magaya) connect through their API. Older ones usually accept an import file. If there is truly no other way, the worker can use the same screens your team uses, on a dedicated machine inside your network.

Do our customers have to change anything?

No. They keep sending orders and quote requests exactly as they do today: email, PDF, spreadsheet, photo of a list. Nothing new for your staff to learn either.

What if the worker gets something wrong?

Everything goes into your system as a draft, and anything the worker isn't sure about (an unknown product, an odd quantity, a price that doesn't match, a missing dimension) goes to a person with the reason already written. During the two-week run nothing reaches a customer unless your team sends it.

What does it cost?

The two-week run is free. If you decide to go live, setup is £3,000 and the worker is £2,000 a month, cancel anytime. Our first five UK clients pay £1,500 a month, locked for 12 months. All AI and running costs are included.

Who can see our data?

Only the worker and our engineering team, only for the inbox and the system access you give us, and you can revoke that access at any time. We sign a data processing agreement before we connect anything.

Who qualifies for the free run?

We run five at a time, for teams handling roughly 20+ orders or 10+ quote requests a day. Below that, we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it.

Which inbox
slows you down?

Tell us roughly how many orders you take a day and which system you use. We'll tell you how we'd connect to it and when your two-week run could start.
